This component allows one to create a variety of types of quizzes, for example: multiple choice, fill in, and item selection by the use of hot spots. Here are links to some examples.

JGrid
This component allows you to embed a spreadsheet-like grid that users can interact with to enter data. I am using this one for the Integral Freshman Laboratory where the students record their observations of the movements of the sun and stars in order to plot the path of the sun over the course of a year.

I have used this app for instructional videos. Here is one for a Biblical Literature course where the students are to search for artwork and post them with commentary.
